Painting OSB suuuuucks, on 3rd coat of ceiling paint.

I was just about to grab my framing nailer to throw this blocking up..... Then it occurred to me, because I'm slow.... To just use a normal hammer and 16d nail.... Why to the simplest solutions get forgotten so often? Am I the only one this happens to? I've been trying to get a little done inside the garage each day even though I've been working a lot lately. This was all just raw 2x4 with just the outside sheeting covering it. So far I have taken down all the old electric and added new wiring. Insulated the walls and had to build a wall in along the back.... Oh yeah, and poured cement and added a drain to the back of the garage because there wasn't any cement back there. Then came the OSB and painting..... Now that I write it all down for this post, there been more work in there than I thought. Oh well, I need a good place to work in the winter or it just won't happen. Before the batt insulation when in.

1/2 done with the back wall, taking WAY longer than it should. 1.5inches of styrofoam and 3.5inches of batt insulation; 1/2” OSB. This should help A LOT with the noise from the train and to keep the cold out this winter. . Should I paint the OSB walls?
